We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel on the Italian Adriatic coast. The location was superb, being very close to the beach and within walking distance to top London restaurants. The quality of service here was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay amazing. From accommodating our spa schedule to providing us with drinks at the bar even when it was closed, they truly made us feel special. The breakfast buffet held in the beautiful garden area was a highlight, and the pool area was lovely to relax in.

Staff was great an had no problems what so ever. Good hotel only during the summer time. Think it might be closed during other seasons as it is right next to the beach an I arrived early for a business trip as other hotel I stay at was full for few days. WiFi only in the bar area. Food was good but kind of pricey. Breakfeast was great!!

The website talked about the gym an turkish baths....think they should mention that its not free. Was one of the reasons I stay there for that...but if I travel with family I will stay at this hotel for a vacation.

The staff at the hotel were all particularly good. Well trained professional staff being both friendly and efficient.

We had an amazing family vacation on the Italian Adriatic coast. the hotel was conveniently located near Bologna airport, which made our journey hassle, free. the friendly staff ensured that our stay was comfortable, and the rooms were spacious with a beautiful view of either the sea or street activity. the buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and made, to. the hotel also had a pool, tennis court, and garden, providing ample entertainment for our kids.

That the rooms were not too spacious, but it was more than enough for our family.

The room and service were excellent. The staff at the front desk was first-class and extremely helpful. The hotel was elegant and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, with the beach, town, and restaurants all within walking distance. The bar and swimming pool area were very nice, and there were fitness facilities available. The hotel was also very baby-friendly, which was a big advantage for us.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. First, there was a mix-up with the taxi not being sent to pick us up from the airport, causing us to arrange our own transportation with no car seat for our baby.
